Do you have a catalogue?

No. Our production is extremely exclusive and limited. Our store has thousands of different design and color variations. Sometimes we produce just one or two of an item. Once it is sold, it's gone. Therefore, we simply cannot maintain an up-to-date catalogue. On the plus side this kind of production means you are always guaranteed to find something new and fresh when you visit us.

Can you send me pictures of items you have in stock?

Again, due to the vast and different quantities of unique items we have taking pictures on request becomes far too time consuming. However, if you have a very specific item in mind, for example something you saw on one of your visits, and you want to see it again, then we can accommodate that. But if we receive a request like "send everything you have in [color]," or "can I see all your bedspreads" our answer is unfortunately not.
Do you ship outside of Guatemala?

Yes, we ship all over the world via DHL. Once we receive confirmation of your payment we deliver the items to DHL who in turn will contact you to handle the shipping directly with them. This means you are able to directly select the shipping options, including insurance coverage, that best suits you.

Where can I buy your items online?
​
Again, due to our vast and diversified inventory for the same reasons that maintaining a catalogue is impossible we do not currently have a streamlined online store. We are constantly working towards improving our services and make our products available to as many people as possible. However, at the moment we can only make remote sales via email or direct contact. If you see something on our social media you really like, or you visited our store and you would like to buy something you saw, feel free to send us a message and we can see what we can do for you. As always keep an eye on this space for updates as we continue to strive to improve our remote sales.

Can I buy fabric by the roll?

No. Loom Tree Antigua does not sell fabric by the roll.

Can I request items made to order?
​
Usually what you see on the shelf is what you are able o buy, and we don't offer the option to modify or make it to your specifications. However, depending on the availability of fabric and how much our weavers have on their current work-load, we can sometimes make exceptions.

I bought an item from you a long time ago, and it was damaged/ruined. Can you repair it for me?

Our returns policy is limited to 8 days after your purchase. We are not responsible for any damage sustained in the wash, during use, travel, shipping, or otherwise. Please pay close attention to the washing instructions on the tags that come with your purchase. If you no longer have the tag, or if you simply have questions about how to best care for your purchase, please feel free to contact us. We can guarantee that with proper care our products can last for decades!

Can you repair/modify a textile from another brand?
​
Sadly we receive requests like this very often, and the answer is an emphatic no. We will not work on or otherwise take in textiles purchased from any other brand other than our own.

Do you offer upholstery services?
​
No. We have done this in the past, but as we do not have anyone in house who does upholstery, and we do not intend to find anyone, we cannot guarantee that third party upholsterers will know how to work with our fabrics. Due to far too many poor experiences attempting this we no longer entertain requests to use our fabrics for upholstery.
